ERP/ Tech Stack Discussion
- Purpose: For participants to learn from others and/or share what software(s)
they are using for resource management, project planning, sales, marketing,
etc., focusing on the following questions:
o What tools are you using to manage the day-to-day operations and
long-term planning at your company?
o How are you using them?
o What do they do well, where are they lacking?
o What are you looking for that you haven’t been able to find?
o BONUS: What do you absolutely love and recommend?
- Presentations (approx. 10 minutes per speaker for presentation and Q&A):
Use this time to present what your company is currently using and/or to
outline specific functionality you are looking for. Feel free to present however
you’d like: screen share, slides, screenshot examples, discussion, etc.
